As a member of Baker Donelson's Advocacy Department, Mr. Bradner concentrates his practice on commercial litigation disputes for clients in a broad range of industries. Mr. Bradner's extensive labor law experience allows him to provide clients with unique insights relative to collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and National Labor Relations Board interactions.
Before joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Bradner clerked at law firms in Memphis, Tennessee, and Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he gained experience in grievance arbitration, motions drafting, legal briefs, interrogatories, and complaints, as well as conducting investigations and interviewing witnesses. In 2021, Mr. Bradner was recognized by the Tennessee Bar Association as the 2021 Law Student Volunteer of the Year for his pro bono work involving the negotiation and settlement of landlord-tenant issues.
Mr. Bradner is a former Army Intelligence officer who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
