He has significant experience in the health care sector, particularly in guiding businesses, such as long-term care facilities, through intricate IRS employment tax audits related to the Employee Retention Credit and other CARES Act tax relief measures.
In addition, Mr. Holmes is experienced in a wide array of tax areas, including employment, state and local, sales and use, excise, and property taxes, as well as navigating complex tax incentives and credits.
