Justin Montoto is an associate in the Firm's Orlando office and a member of the Advocacy Department. He handles a diverse range of commercial disputes, including shareholder litigation, antitrust claims, creditors' rights actions, and enforcement of commercial loans and leases. Mr. Montoto regularly assists clients throughout the litigation process, from drafting dispositive and procedural motions to managing discovery, coordinating document review and production, and preparing for trial and arbitration.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Justin served as an extern for the Public Employees Relations Commission in Tallahassee, Florida, where he drafted recommended orders for hearing officers in various labor and employment disputes. He also served as a law clerk, conducting research and drafting legal memoranda and motions related to administrative, bankruptcy, commercial, civil liability, workers' compensation, and real estate law.
