Max Hadley is an associate in Baker Donelson’s New Orleans and Mandeville offices and practices primarily in construction law.
He assists a wide range of construction industry participants and represents commercial and industrial clients in construction disputes, contract claims, lien claims, public works claims, Miller Act claims, and licensing matters.
Max has been selected to Louisiana Rising Stars for Construction Litigation since 2025 and is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Construction Law. During and prior to law school, he served as a law clerk with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and an intern with the Environmental Advocacy Center at Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law.
