Time is ticking! The European Union's impending General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will go into effect May 25, 2018. Please join us for our third session of a three-part webinar series.
Our series provides a roadmap for businesses to prepare for GDPR and answers the following questions:
- Who Does This Affect? All companies that have personal information of EU citizens or that conduct business in the EU, regardless of their home country, must be in compliance with GDPR.
- Why Should You Care? GDPR mandates accountability and demonstration of compliance. Large monetary fines up to €20 million or four percent of global revenues will be imposed on companies for noncompliance.
- Who Enforces GDPR Compliance? Member states in the EU.

Our final webinar in the GDPR series:
- Explores the six principles of processing personal data under Article 5.
