Ms. Reynolds is an associate located in Baker Donelson's Orlando office and a member of the Financial Services Department. She assists clients in matters such as contract disputes, antitrust litigation, construction litigation, automotive warranty litigation, and obtaining Public Assistance funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Ms. Reynolds also advises clients on resolving commercial loan defaults through workouts or foreclosure litigation, with an emphasis on CMBS loans and other loans secured by commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Reynolds served as a certified legal intern for the University of Florida College of Law's Gender Justice Clinic, where she assisted clients with an array of legal and social needs and was a member of the Florida Law Trial Team. She also served as a certified legal intern for the Office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she assisted clients in defending county criminal cases. Ms. Reynolds also served as a clerk to the Honorable Patricia L. Strowbridge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
