• Advised a leading wireless telecommunications provider on the real estate aspects of its $380 million acquisition involving approximately 400 wireless telecommunications sites, along with related office and retail properties, in Kentucky.

• Represented a leading wireless telecommunications provider in real estate matters associated with a $120 million divestiture of approximately 1,500 wireless telecommunications towers spanning 21 states.

• Counseled a leading wireless telecommunications provider on the real estate elements of a $210 million acquisition involving approximately 140 wireless telecommunications sites located in Ohio and Kentucky.

• Assisted a leading wireless telecommunications provider with the real estate aspects of a $240 million acquisition encompassing approximately 250 wireless telecommunications sites and related retail properties in Louisiana and Mississippi.

• Represented a leading wireless telecommunications provider in a $2.35 billion divestiture, advising on the real estate aspects of approximately 2,000 wireless telecommunications sites and related office and retail properties across 18 states.

• Advised a leading wireless telecommunications provider on the real estate components of a $223 million divestiture involving approximately 680 wireless telecommunications sites and associated office and retail properties in Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, and South Carolina.

• Represented a leading wireless telecommunications provider in the real estate aspects of a $2.67 billion merger involving approximately 1,200 wireless telecommunications sites and related office and retail properties located across 15 states.

• Counseled a leading wireless telecommunications provider on the real estate matters arising from a $400 million acquisition of approximately 2,400 wireless telecommunications sites across 14 western states.

• Assisted a leading wireless telecommunications provider with the real estate aspects of a $750 million acquisition involving approximately 350 wireless telecommunications sites and associated office and retail properties throughout 13 northeastern and mid-Atlantic states.
