Antonio Garofalo is an associate in Baker Donelson's Chattanooga office and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group.

Professional Biography


Mr. Garofalo assists clients with navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law and is dedicated to helping employers mobilize global talent. He primarily focuses on corporate immigration matters, working closely with businesses of all sizes to secure nonimmigrant and immigrant work visas. Whether advising domestic or foreign clients on a wide range of business immigration matters, he is committed to providing efficient, client-focused strategies tailored to each organization's unique needs.

Mr. Garofalo manages and provides comprehensive immigration counsel for business immigration matters including, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, I-140 (EB-1), Adjustment of Status as well as complex Requests for Evidence. He also assists clients with their immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processing and other consular representations.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Garofalo worked as an immigration paralegal and cultivated extensive experience in serving clients with their employment immigration issues during his years in this position.

  • Assisted a foreign national in being removed from the National Lookout List based upon an improper visa denial, which resulted in issuance of the nonimmigrant visa.

  • Assisted a client in obtaining an O-1A visa in the field of minerology (gemology) after the initial petition was denied.
