Mr. Dove advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, corporate governance, securities, and general corporate matters. He has represented strategic investors, venture capital funds, and emerging companies in venture capital financing. Mr. Dove also has experience assisting public companies with public offerings, corporate governance matters, and SEC compliance and reporting.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Dove worked as an external auditor for a Big Four public accounting firm. His background as a certified public accountant strengthens his ability to strategically guide clients through complex corporate transactions.

  • Nissan North America, Inc.'s subsidiary Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC in the sale of its 50 percent equity ownership in Alliance Inspection Management Holding, Inc. to an affiliate of Cox Enterprises, Inc.

  • Community Healthcare Trust (NYSE:CHCT) in its $750 million universal shelf on registration statement on Form S-3 and its at-the-market offering of $350 million of common stock.

  • IMC Logistics, LLC in its sale of a majority of the company to Kuehne+Nagel, a Swiss global transportation and logistics company.

  • Represented a strategic investor in a $9 million convertible note offering.

  • Represented a venture capital fund in a $3.5 million Series Seed investment in a MedTech SaaS provider.

  • Represented a Nashville-based cybersecurity firm in a $5.5 million Series A financing.

  • Represented a medical device manufacturer in a $30 million Series A financing.

  • Represented an Atlanta-based venture capital fund in a $1.5 million Series Seed financing in a MedTech SaaS provider.

  • Represented a selling stockholder in a $30 million underwritten secondary public offering.

  • Represented a Tennessee-based HVAC systems manufacturer in its sale to a U.S.-based subsidiary of a global HVAC manufacturer.
