Mr. McLaurin represents individual and corporate trustees, personal representatives, individual beneficiaries, and families in resolving disputes concerning the administration of trusts, estates, guardianships, and conservatorships. Mr. McLaurin also represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including a wide range of contractual disputes and business torts, both in state and federal courts, in addition to arbitrations and mediations.
