Mr. Baltz is an experienced business counselor and trial attorney. His comprehensive knowledge and strategic approach have made him a trusted advisor for complex commercial disputes in a variety of industries, including real estate, health care, manufacturing, construction, and finance. He has extensive experience handling condemnation and eminent domain matters, declaratory judgement actions, wrongful foreclosures, easement disputes, and the negotiation and litigation of leases and real property claims. Additionally, Mr. Baltz serves as counsel in class action disputes, product liability litigation, contract disputes, and bad faith claims. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Mr. Baltz is a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in the field of General Civil Litigation by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. In 2024, he was inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
