Legal IT Project Coordinator

Billing Manager

Under general supervision and in accordance with Firm policies and procedures, the Billing Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting the Billing Team while overseeing all aspects of the firm's billing operations. This role ensures the accurate and timely preparation, processing, and distribution of client invoices, serves as a key resource for resolving complex billing issues, and collaborates closely with attorneys and administrative departments to support efficient revenue cycle management. The Billing Manager monitors team workloads, promotes operational excellence, and fosters a high-performing, service-oriented billing function.

Real Estate Associate - Any Office Location (#854)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz seeks an associate with two or more years of transactional and commercial real estate experience. Attorney responsibilities may include negotiating purchase, sale and lease agreements, financing, development and JV arrangements, and other general corporate/real estate work. This is a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving transactional and real estate practice with significant client contact.
