Myles focuses his practice on complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. He handles a wide range of matters involving insurance and indemnification disputes, property damages, and personal injuries, and he brings significant experience in strategic pre-trial and trial advocacy – successfully securing numerous dismissals for his clients. In addition, Myles has an extensive background in proactively advising captive insurance companies on how to structure their claims processes and effectively manage their risks.
In addition to his trial experience, Myles' appellate work includes favorable outcomes before the Louisiana Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He serves as a trusted advisor for clients across several industries, including maritime, construction, and energy.
During law school, Myles served as an extern for Judge J. Michael McDonald in the Louisiana Court of Appeal, First Circuit.
