Corporate Associate - Atlanta (#818)

The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a second- to third-year associate to join its nationally recognized corporate and transactional practice. The ideal candidates are hardworking individuals with excellent writing and analytical abilities, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience drafting complex transactional agreements. Candidates should have meaningful exposure to M&A transactions, cross border matters, and general corporate work. This is a unique opportunity to become a key contributor within a nationally recognized team while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of buy and sell side M&A deals, corporate governance matters, and other business transactions. A Georgia law license is required. German language capability is not required but would be a helpful qualification given our growing volume of cross-border matters.

Litigation Associate - Atlanta (#810)

The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join our Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group. A background in transportation litigation is strongly preferred, and experience in tort matters, defending motor carrier clients, and handling insurance coverage disputes will be considered a significant plus. We are looking for academically strong candidates who possess excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as practical experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in an active and varied federal and state court practice, with cases that extend on a national scale. Financial Services Associate - Baltimore (#824)

The Baltimore office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a dynamic associate, with 1-3 years of experience representing banks or non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions, to join its Financial Services Transactions practice group. The successful candidate will assist with structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing loan agreements, lease agreements, security documents, and other related transactional documents. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and hardworking with strong organizational skills.
